When we order for a table, we keep it simple. Tacos come first, then one or two bigger dishes to pass around, and cold drinks for everybody. You get plenty of variety without turning dinner into a math problem.
Start With the Tacos
Our classic taco comes on a corn tortilla with your choice of meat, onions, cilantro, and house salsa. Regular tacos are $2.50 cash or $2.84 by card. Tacos with cheese, tripa, or lengua are $3.00 cash or $3.41 by card. Order a few favorites and throw in one new choice for the table.
Pick Something to Share
A papa asada or huarache gives everyone something hearty to share. Mulitas and quesadillas bring plenty of melted cheese, while gringas, tortas, and burritos work well for anyone who wants their own bigger plate. Pick what sounds good and pass it around.
Do Not Forget Drinks
Horchata and jamaica are the easy favorites, especially on a warm Los Angeles night. We also have bottled water, Mexican sodas, canned sodas, Mexican Coca, and champurrado.
Our usual move is tacos in the middle, one or two dishes to share, and drinks all around. Grab a spot by the truck and dig in while everything is hot.
